It offers a fully-managed, 360-degree approach that includes advanced services aimed at reducing threat exposure, detecting and responding to incidents, and facilitating recovery in the event of a breach.

The MDR Pro Plus package includes several key services such as Managed Detection and Response for 24/7 threat detection, Vulnerability Management for regular identification and prioritization of vulnerabilities, Pen Testing and Attack Simulation Management to ensure security controls are properly configured, and Managed Security Awareness Training to help employees recognize cyber threats.

The Managed Detection and Response Pro Plus service is currently available only in the United States and Canada, with a maximum of one event per year for clients in these regions.
